All orders are processed during weekdays only, Monday thru Friday, except holidays. Shipping by Canada Post in Canada and USPS in the US. In stock orders are processed in the order received. Shipments move at owner’s risk. Canada Post guarantees the delivery of the order only - not the condition of the parcels. We have no control and are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carriers. Goldengreen Sustainable Resources Ltd. reserves the right to ship orders as it chooses by parcel post, airmail post or courier service. All delivery dates are quoted in good faith. Goldengreen Sustainable Resources Ltd. will not be liable for delays in delivery or failure to produce due to acts of God, acts of default of the Purchaser, or any cause beyond reasonable control.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
Pricing is in CAD. Payment is due upon ordering. Orders will not be sent until the payment has cleared.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns other than for damaged shipments. We do not offer refunds. If there is a problem with your order please contact us as soon as your order is received. We will do our best to resolve any issue immediately. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for any returned shipment(s). Please contact us to receive the RMA.

SHORTAGES

All claims for shortages must be made within five business days from invoice date.

DAMAGED FREIGHT
All merchandise is shipped from Truro, NS (for orders in Canada) or Painesville, Ohio (for orders from USA) and becomes your property once shipped. The freight carrier is responsible for complete and safe delivery of your merchandise. You are responsible to inspect the merchandise upon delivery.  If the freight carrier has not delivered your merchandise or not delivered in good condition, you are responsible to file a claim with freight carrier.       

           

DEFECTIVE GOODS
Must be returned within 30 days from date of invoice to receive a credit.  We cannot accept responibility for damage caused by improper use or misuse.
